Using virtual urgent care options will help respond to the COVID-19 outbreak in several important ways:

  • It will help share accurate and timely information about COVID-19.
  • It will promote “social distancing” and help people get care without needing to visit a care site in person.
  • It will expand access to care for patients in rural communities or who do not have easy access to other health care options.
  • It will protect our communities and caregivers by directing patients to the right care sites based on their need.
