Exceeding your expectations
Excellent quality care and service are the primary concerns of all St. Francis employees. If you or any of your family members wish to make a suggestion, complaint or grievance about any aspect of your hospitalization or have a special need for you or your family member, please contact a member of our healthcare team. While you are a patient, we encourage you to voice any questions or concerns you have. Often, your concerns may be received and resolved by staff members who are directly involved in your care. Additional concerns should be addressed to administration at extension 403. Your feedback and suggestions are crucial in our quality improvement efforts. Please let us know when we have not exceeded your expectations. Your evaluation of the care you received as a patient at St. Francis is very important. You may receive a survey following discharge from the hospital or the outpatient service you received. Your participation will provide physicians and staff of St. Francis with information that contributes to improved customer satisfaction. Please be assured that your medical information has been kept confidential.

From the West
If coming to St. Francis off Highway 13 traveling to Wahpeton, ND.
Follow the 210 Bypass loop around the perimeter of Wahpeton, Cross the state line and continue on Highway 210 West, cross Highway 75, it turns onto St. Francis Drive.
From the East
Take Highway 210 from Fergus Falls, MN. Turn right at the intersection of Highway 210 and Highway 75.
Go Northbound on Highway 75 for .5 miles, turn right onto St. Francis Drive.
From the South
From Highway 75 south, follow Highway 75 north through Breckenridge to intersection Highway 210 West and Highway 75 North. Turn right onto St. Francis Drive.
From the North
Follow Highway 75 going south. Turn left off intersection Highway 210 West and Highway 75 onto St. Francis Drive.
