What would make me eligible for home health services?
In order to receive home health care you must be home bound. This means you must experience a taxing effort to leave the home. Absences from the home should be short and infrequent and can include church, medical and hair appointments or special occasions.
The care you require must be skilled in nature. This means it can only be delivered by a skilled medical professional.
The care you require must be intermittent.This means that the care you receive must be more than one visit and a reasonable level of rehabilitation can be expected with treatment.

Skilled Nursing Care: Experienced registered nurses provide a range of services including wound care, lab work, and assessments.
Therapy Services: Expert physical, occupational and speech therapists provide in-home therapy.
Home Health Aides: Bathing, personal cares and light housekeeping.
Education: Education by a knowledgeable team of professionals.
Social Services: Social worker to aide with coping with illness or placement needs.
Physician Contact: Nurses and therapists will keep your doctor informed of your progress and lab results.
Equipment: Nurses and therapists will assist you in obtaining the equipment and supplies you need at home.
